There should only be 1 checkbox on 1 primary image
Every image has Is primary image so that user has the flexibility to decide which image should be the primary image.
If there are multiple images with Is primary image, the earliest one will be the primary image.
However, the proper way is to ensure there is only 1 image checked with Is primary image.
